The X-Squad is comprised of boys and girls ages 4-17. The object of the X-Squad is not only to promote the sport of gymnastics, but to promote physical activity and healthy living while entertaining your audience. The gymNation X-Squad can perform at your school, fair, or other function. We usually require a half-hour for set up and stretch, a half-hour for the show, and fifteen minutes to clean up. We like to perform to music, and bring our own equipment such as mats and other items.
