Our Pre-School Gymnastics Program is for ages 3 & 4 years old. This class is designed for children who are able to be in a class independent of their parents. Following the design of our Toddler class, children will learn through positive, challenging circuits lessons on balance, coordination and strength while being introduced to basic gymnastics movements. Children will be exposed to important organizational and social skills such as cooperation, listening and following directions. Fun is always incorporated through the use of themes and music in these classes.
