Our Junior Recreational Gymnastics class is for ages 5-6 year olds. This class is a transition between the more processed-oriented activities in the preschool program to a more detailed oriented focus of gymnastic classes. This class offers more challenges appropriate for this age group while reinforcing social and organizational skill. Lessons on safety are incorporated as new progressions and skills are introduced. Children will learn proper gymnastic terminology.
