Our Girls Recreational 1 class is for girls ages 6 and older. This class uses the Olympic equipment and trampolines. Gymnastics skills are taught through drills and progressions along with flexibility and conditioning techniques. The introduction of gymnastic routines will be introduced with the opportunity to perform them twice a year for families and friends at our non-competitive recreational meets. This recreational program is a great foundation for participation in all sports.
